Trip Overview

Join us and others from Engedi Grand Rapids in serving alongside long-term workers in Hamtramck who have a heart for reaching Muslims for Christ. During the trip, you will learn about the context of ministry in this 2 square-mile town that is 50% Muslim and 50% impoverished, help with practical projects such as urban farming, and intentionally engage with those in the city by sharing the love of Jesus. All while deepening fellowship with those on your team.

This trip is perfect for those who are wanting to gain experience in cross-cultural missions, enjoy both hands-on and relational ministry, and are interested in learning more about sharing Christ in an urban, Muslim context.
