Join us and others from Engedi as we partner with Manos de Jesus in the ongoing leadership development of their staff. Participants will have the opportunity to pour into this community by leading workshops geared toward equipping and developing leaders, as well as building relationships and learning about the context of ministry in this area of strong Mayan roots in Chichicastenango.
This trip is perfect for those who are flexible, relational, and don't mind speaking in front of others. It is an especially good opportunity for those who have leadership experience in the marketplace or in ministry.

- $100 non-refundable deposit due upon confirmation of your participation on the trip
- If you do not have a passport, apply for one as soon as possible. Passports must be valid for 6 months following the trip.
- Trip participants must commit to attending regular team meetings and reading trip curriculum materials
