Join us and others from Engedi Español as we partner with Manos de Jesus in the ongoing leadership development of their staff. Participants will have the opportunity to pour into this community by leading workshops geared toward equipping and developing leaders, as well as building relationships and learning about the context of ministry in this area of strong Mayan roots in Chichicastenango.
This trip is perfect for those who are flexible, relational, and don't mind speaking in front of others. It is an especially good opportunity for those who have leadership experience in the marketplace or in ministry.

Preparation
- Pray about the opportunity and ask God to help you discern if this is the right trip for you
- Fill out the trip application.
- A trip leader will get in touch and schedule a 1-on-1 interview
- $100 non-refundable deposit due upon confirmation of your participation on the trip
- If you do not have a passport, apply for one as soon as possible. Passports must be valid for 6 months following the trip.
- Trip participants must commit to attending regular team meetings and reading trip curriculum materials
